Yes, this is especially important you should submit this at least 7 days before release day.

Cover songs are accepted as long as the proper license is obtained. We recommend using EasySongLicensing.com to license cover songs.
What happens after the 5-year contract (term)?
Your music will remain on all platforms with a rolling one-month contract until the artist or record label ends the agreement.
